Aso Hotel

The hotel's location was convenient , fair price, excellent food, beautiful views, friendly staff, helpful and accommodating.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The value for money at this hotel is fantastic. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The location of this hotel, quite close to the volcano, offers a stunning view of Mt Aso. The staff are attentive and the breakfast is delicious.

The view from our room was breathtaking and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our Easter weekend memorable. The hotel was situated close to key attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area.

The room had an unpleasant smell and the half-board meals were of poor quality. Communication with the staff was difficult due to language barriers and the location was not ideal for exploring the surrounding area.

Lastly, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. I was very impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail.

the lack of transportation options to the hotel was frustrating, as it was relatively far from the main station.

The staff were very friendly and helpful - they answered all our queries and even provided umbrellas on a rainy day. The onsen had a fine view and we enjoyed the traditional breakfast with delicious tofu and vegetables. the hotel's location was convenient, with parking available and close proximity to the volcano.
